Emory Valley Center provides paid mandatory and developmental training opportunities based on the employee’s position within the organization. Training is a blended approach with web-based on-line training via Relias/Essential Learning and traditional classroom instruction. Professional Development training offered may include:
- Team Building
- Supervisory and Leadership Skills
- Communications Skills
- Employment Law
Specialized and developmental training is provided by sanctioned and credentialed instructors.
