Creating Quality Lives Every Day For Striving People
Emory Valley Center has a variety of residential options:
• Group Homes in the Oak Ridge area, residential habilitation in larger 6-10 person group homes supported with staff 24 hours a day
• Supported Living Homes in Anderson and Morgan Counties provide small 1-3 person homes supported with staff 24 hours a day
• Family Model Residential Support offers residence to a person in the home of a trained caregiver who is not a family member.
• Semi Independent Living is a service appropriate for people who need intermittent or limited support to remain in their own home and do not require staff that lives on-site. However, access to emergency supports as needed on a 24/7 basis is provided to the person.
We provide residential support in group homes as well as assisting individuals with activities related to home management – including gardening, cleaning, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, and budgeting. In addition, individuals are supported in setting and reaching goals outside of work and day activities – including personal growth and leisure activities such as sporting events, vacations and use of park facilities.
