Layla was employed with Emory Valley Center for seven years in the early 2000’s, she returned to work as the Residential Services Director in 2014 and is now the Operations Director. Layla holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and prior to coming to Emory Valley Center, Layla worked as a Direct Support Professional. Layla has held many positions while at Emory Valley Center including Case Manager, Program Supervisor, Professional Services Director, Assistant Residential Services Director and Residential Services Director.

Miranda Kelly

Workforce Innovation Director

Contact Miranda Kelley

Miranda Kelley began her career at Emory Valley Center in 2017. She began working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 2013 as well as with seniors and adults with physical disabilities. She has held many roles at EVC, including positions in Employment and Community First, as a Personal Assistant and a Direct Support Professional. She has been the Operations Specialist, Community Innovation Manager, Community Innovation Director, before accepting her current position as the Workforce Innovation Director. Miranda is a certified Enabling Technology Integration Specialist through SHIFT, certified by TRN in job coaching and consulting, and Certified in the new Medicaid Alternative Pathways to independence (MAPs) program. As the Workforce Innovation Director, she oversees Community Participation, Enabling Technology, and Workforce programs, as well as the new MAPs program.

Brittany joined Emory Valley Center in 2022. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in child development from East Tennessee State University and has over 15 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Before joining the Emory Valley Center, she was assistant director at a childcare center in Knoxville. As the Early Learning Center Director, Brittany is responsible for ensuring the Early Learning Center provides an inclusive and high-quality learning environment characterized by family centered services, training and supervising the Early Learning Center staff, and supporting the staff in the implementation and maintenance of the Department of Human Services licensing regulations and the center for the Social and Emotional Foundations of Early Learning Practices.

Regina Wilson

Family Support Director

Regina has been employed with Emory Valley Center since 2010 when she began working in the Supported Employment department as a Job Coach. She was promoted to the Community Enrichment Manager in 2011, promoted again to Special Services Assistant Director in 2013, and in 2015, was promoted to the Director of Family Support. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University with concentrations in Youth Offender Rehabilitation, Sociology and Psychology. As the Family Support Director, Regina is responsible for the Family Support Program which serves more than 450 families in an 11-county area.

Chase Davenport

Early Intervention Director

Chase Davenport has been employed with Emory Valley Center since 2016. She started as a Developmental Therapist for the home and community-based Early Intervention program. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Chase started her career working at Head Start as a lead teacher then moved to being a Service Coordinator for Tennessee Early Intervention System. Since 2016, Chase has been part of the EVC Early Intervention team by being in a leadership role where she has trained and supported new employees. Chase presently serves as a board member on the State of Tennessee’s Interagency Coordinating Council, holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement through AIMHiTN and is a certified interviewer for CQL. Currently, she is the Director of Early Intervention where her primary responsibilities are to supervise the Early Intervention team to ensure the programs use of best practices in early intervention and she supports the TRIAD (Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders) specialist and project.

Brittany joined Emory Valley Center in 2024 as the Lead Infant Teacher at the Little Learning Lab. She has her Early Childhood Education degree, Infant-Toddler Language and Literacy Specialization, an Infant-Toddler Lena Certification, and over 10 years’ experience in the early childhood education field.  As the Early Learning Center Director, Brittany is responsible for ensuring the Early Learning Center provides an inclusive and high-quality learning environment characterized by family centered services, training and supervising the Early Learning Center staff, and supporting the staff in the implementation and maintenance of the Department of Human Services licensing regulations and the center for the Social and Emotional Foundations of Early Learning Practices.

Elyse Vanlandingham

Senior Accountant

Elyse is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Carson-Newman University and is expected to graduate in 2026. Following graduation, she plans to sit for the CPA exam. Elyse has been with Emory Valley Center for five years, beginning as an Accounts Payable Clerk before being promoted to Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager in 2023. She lives in Clinton with her husband of 19 years and their two children.

Megan Miller

Clinical Service Director

Contact Megan Miller

 

Megan joined Emory Valley Center in 2025. She has both a Bachelors and Master’s in Social Work from Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky. Megan worked as a child and adolescent therapist in Arizona before moving to Tennessee. Megan has professional experience and training in crisis intervention, sex trafficking, dual diagnosis support, and trauma-informed care. In her role, she oversees the implementation and daily operations of Emory Valley Centers integrated behavioral health program, including Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PSR), individual therapy, and Adult Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
